Do you know how long it took me to finally read this book? FOREVER, OKAY? I had heard so many things and I'd basically convinced myself I was going to hate it, so I had zero motivation there. But something pushed me and I decided to give it a chance... and I'm glad I did. I can definitely see what the hype was all about. Though I'll admit it took me a bit to get into it because the beginning is REALLY FREAKING CONFUSING, I was glad I pushed through and got to the end, because when it all came together it was pretty powerful. Plus, I loved the characters. And I know everyone's all JONAH GRIGGS, and I can see why, but for some reason I'm still totally all about the Brigadier. ;)
